ブラッドリー・マイルズ（ポラリスプロジェクトＣＥＯ）
米国と日本で活動する反人身取引NGO（本部：ワシントンDC）代表。
マイルズ氏は、保健福祉省から資金援助を受ける“全米人身取引ホットライン(NHTRC)“の運営統括のほか、検察・警察・福祉関係者の他、海外政府要人の研修やコンサルティングを行っている。
全米ホットラインを通じて、2010年は約12,000件の相談をうけ、開設から4年間で4000人以上の潜在的被害者に支援先を提供している。同団体の法律チームは昨年度、8つの州の反人身取引法の制定を実現させ、現在も11の州に働きかけている。

Outline
Human trafficking including sexual slavery is the fastest growing and second largest criminal industry. In Japan, hundreds of thousands of people, mostly women and children, are victims of human trafficking. These victims include not only foreigners, but increasingly Japanese citizens, especially with regard to pornography and prostitution.
Since 2002, Polaris has worked to combat human trafficking in the US and Japan. Bradley Myles, Polaris CEO, will talk human trafficking in Japan and overseas, and how individuals, corporations, and family members can stop trafficking in our society.
About the Speaker
Bradley Myles currently serves as Executive Director and CEO of Polaris Project, a leading non-profit organization combating modern-day slavery in the US and Japan. Mr. Myles has played a central role in the design and expansion of Polaris Project's programs, including the US Policy Program, the Training and Technical Assistance Program, and the National Human Trafficking Resource Center (NHTRC), which is the country's 24-hour hotline on human trafficking.
